EVEN A NOW TRUCK RAN INTO SOME TROUBLE. THE TRUCK SPUN OUT OF CONTROL AND CRASHED INTO THE GUARDRAIL. IT WASN’T ALL SERIOUS NEWS TODAY. A LOT OF FOLKS STAYED IN THEIR VEHICLE, BUT SEMISOME WENT OUT IN THE SNOW. DAVID HEARST FOUND A GROUP GROUP IN CHAPEL HILL THAT MADE FAWN DAY OF THE SHOW. Reporter: CHAPEL HILL WAS ONE OF THE HARDEST-HIT AREAS WITH THE SNOW HERE IN THE TRIANGLE. AS WE FOUND WOULD BE THE IT WAS IDEAL WEATHER TO DO SOME SLEDDING. Reporter: ALL THE SNOW IN CHAPEL HILL MEANT A DAY FULL OF SNOW ACTIVITIES FOR SOME. SLEDDING, BUILDING SNOWMEN, MAKING STONE SNOWE ANGEL, SNOW CREAM. Reporter: THE GIANT HILL ON TAB WILL THE DRIVE WAS POPULAR FOR SLEDDING. IT’S A SERIOUS MILL I’VE PROBABLY NOT GOT THE RIGHT SLED FOR THAT HILL, BUT I’LL CHECK IT OUT.
