and CoachUp Coach. And this is the goal kick. This is Patrick. Patrick is fighting for a
spot on his varsity team. And today, we’re gonna work on the goal kick. The goal kick
is a mid to long range form of distribution to your midfielders. For a goal kick, you’re gonna use the center
and the hardest part of your foot. So you’re gonna wanna start diagonally behind the ball,
about 3-4 big steps away. Right about here. As you approach the ball, you wanna plant
your opposite foot slightly ahead. You wanna hit on the laces of your boot and keep your
ankle locked. Cock your shooting leg back and hit the ball right through the center. Yeah, you can hear it.
