oh thanks so much for sharing! ive been practice, but keep dragging my foot and not straightening out. i guess im struggling with shifting weight back to that first foot that pivoted. gonna keep practicing and try these other transitions.

Any tips for doing this at a faster speed? My feet can't keep up with the speed i'm going.

This was awesome and so smooth. I can do two of these and they look quite choppy when I do them. The other two transitions I have not tried yet.

I practiced these today and fell on my butt. I have a bruise but I’ll keep trying!

Thank you for this!! Which transition do you think is best for breaking when going down small slopes? No matter where I go to skate, there's always some downslope that I end up rolling down fast and I can't break properly and end up bailing onto the grass🤦🏽‍♀️💔

    Thank You

Trouble is it looks easy when you do those transitions, but when you are on the ground weight shifting is very difficult and I end up being able to perform a transition only on one direction.

    Looks easy😂.. Ty😘

  18. Lisa Art says:

Can you do a video on options for transitions back to front?

  19. Christina Pauley says:

I've never seen the back wheel transition before! I'm going to try it sometime! Havent had much luck with transitions as I'm not sure I have the hip flexibility yet.
