I currently have a pain on my right shoulder. So I went to see a doctor, and he says I have an inflammation. So what I expect from pilates is, that pilates may be able to cure my shoulder. I am sorry [Analyzing your body with a machine] You have to take both shoes and socks. (The machine scans all my movements and analyze my body. It was so amazing) This shirt is so tight. Is it right? You feel tight? Then get a larger shirt (X-Large) I thought Large was my size. I think that’s why my shoulder are rounded
(Pin it on shirts now?) You are in a good shape. (looking at the result) Am I? Not bad? Your left shoulder is slightly lower than your right. Therefore, your left pelvis, knee, and ankle are also lower than your right. But you are overall in a pretty good shape. (Satisfied) This is your result. It shows which muscles are tight and which are loose. Red: muscles are tight. Blue: muscles are loose. Wait, my butt is loose? Yes it is. What does that mean? it is sag? No. Not at ALL Frog: Pelvis stretching Your shoulder width Circle: Inner thigh hold your string. This movement looks somewhat shameful. We will do plank. Lower your butt. More More More. Lower Lower Lower. Stop there. Breathe and come back I feel like I am getting tortured. lol No time to take a rest. Torso Press Sit: Core Exercise Gijun: I am holding you. trust me. Don’t bend your knees. Like a see-saw. Now you will get up by yourself. Not funny Full Pike: Abs You will make your body into a C- shape. Bend more. more. more. Breathe in and out. And Lift. Youngjay: Lift? Gijun: Lift! Lift what? Your body. (of course) How do I lift my body?
/ Just do it. Wait. I can’t. That’s right. but smoothly. Breathe in and ready. *Getting a massage * (Nothing inappropriate) Am I good? ? It’s So Relaxing! *Getting a massage* Failed. Failed again. Roll as if you are massaging your backbone. I give up. I feel like I am working out. My chest muscles are all made from pilates. You’ve got muscles? Breathe out. This fat is also from pilates? (joking) Wait. my abs are almost ready. Almost??? really? lol seriously. Let me see how muscular you are dang.. [Done exercising!]
