Hi folks!
Today I’m gonna show you my speedskate of 2016. Here we go: My shoes are again Junkersports this year. You can see, they are all new – I wear it only one time until now. The shoes are custom boots – they are build on the basis of my foot print. So I have optimal power transmission and they are fitting perfectly. The frame is from EO again this year . It is the EO H2. The frame is a so called high low frame so the wheels on position one, three and four are 110 mm the wheel on position two is only 100 mm so the advantage is: the second wheel is smaller, so the shoe can be mounted a little bit deeper (about 1 cm) than at other frames you are more aerodynamic (just a little bit) but the thing is the moment of toppling is not that high than on 4 x 110 mm My wheels are from Matter they are also all new Matter G13 with TR3 core my bearings are HTB Dynamics these are full ceramic bearings I’ve got a test of full ceramic bearings (of these bearings) you can see here unfortunately it is not in English it is in German language My spacers – let’s have a look – are normal spacers These are my competition wheels and during training I use the competition wheels of 2015 These are also Matter G13 F1 with TR3 core They have used bearings: HTB Magic Evo The spacer are also normal spacer, no special spacer There will be a novelty this year: At some races I will skate 125 mm wheels So what it depends on? If the race is on a 200 m track or the street course is very curvy it makes no sense to take the 125 mm wheels because they are not that agile then 110 mm wheels so if the track is not curvy or that kind of curvy, I will take the 125 mm wheels The frame is also from EO. It’s a corbon fibre frame. It’s the 3.8 model The wheels are Matter One20Five. They have also the TR3 core. These are my competition wheels I also use HTB Magic Evo bearings They are also all new. My spacers are normal spacers, no special spacers. I have also wheels for training. They have used HTB Magic Evo bearings and again normal spacers. So this was my little look on my speedskate 2016 I wish you a nice competition year. I will try to upload lots of competition videos this year so stay tuned If you have questions you can write me an email. You will find my email address in my channel description. You can also leave me comment, but please keep in mind I can’t answer on comments. Have a nice day. Bye. See you next video.
